Rakesh Jimuliya is Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Konkola Copper Mines Plc (KCM), bringing over 18 years of experience across the mining and trading sectors in India and Zambia. A Chartered Accountant and finance leader, his expertise spans business controlling, financial reporting, budgeting and management reporting, with a career at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy and operations in capital-intensive, resource-driven industries.
At KCM, Rakesh contributes to business growth and sustainability strategy, partners with the commercial team on major contracts, and leads the annual budgeting cycle and long-range planning. He also oversees working capital management and country-level fundraising, supporting the financial strength and liquidity required to sustain and grow KCM’s operations.
With extensive experience in the financial sector across Zambia and India, Rakesh brings financial discipline and a commercially focused approach to his role. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
